Surly Scarecrow
I see the body boned symetric
Quivering into an eclectic
Belief is fundamental
Grazed and burnt to skeletal
Chain breaks the being shakes
To heights of awareness
Of deception and unfairness
Fingers act upon carelessness
Separate the gems from the fakes
String through the coal with rakes
Precious rocks and boulders
You carry mightily on your shoulders
Lips tingle and the words fall out
Tangled and woven in shock
Realization inserted in the mouth
Jilted by a guilty knock
Puppeteers engage your dolls
Hypnotically pulled and magnetized
Mount the Ogre Giants grand and tall
Welcome to the swinging ball
Bedtime cuts the stem of anxiety
Lulls the beast of frustration
Dreampt the dawn of creation
Awakening the anger of disillusion
Upon accepting the intrusion
